it's official

Two and a half years, an earthquake, and a whole lot of MIRACLES later, Joshua is ours.  We are his legal guardians for now.  He has been granted humanitarian parole for two years, in which time we must complete his adoption stateside and apply for his naturalization.  The former we will begin as soon as possible...like next week.  The latter will have to wait until he has our last name.

His being here is nothing short of a miracle...a miracle I will share later.  It has been a very long two weeks.  We are exhausted.  We are excited.  We ares so very thankful.  Our God is an AWESOME God.

I will share pictures and details later.  For now, I am going to spend some time with our son.
